FSMA updates eCorporate documentation
ESMA has published the annual update of its Reporting Manual on the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). The press release accompanying this update can be found here.
The FSMA has published an update of the following documents:
- the eCorporate handbook,
- its circular on the uploading of documents on eCorporate, and
- a series of FAQs about ESEF and eCorporate.
The updates are intended to incorporate earlier individual communications by the FSMA into these documents and thus increase their user-friendliness. The updated version of all these documents is now available in Dutch, French and English.
The documents are available on the website of the FSMA. Below is a link to each of the documents.
